You pay for an hourly telephone consultation. After arranging a scheduled appointment, you submit your recognition question or concern by fax or E-mail to maximize your time and investment. You'll be given a Toll Free number to dial for your appointment. Then you'll receive an in-depth one-on-one telephone consultation providing you with immediate ideas, powerful strategies and insightful solutions that produce results.

A written consultation summary will be sent to you afterwards for you to compare notes with and provide visual support for any processes explained.
