Poll Points

We regularly conduct surveys called "PollPoints" to find out the opinions of our clients. While not scientific, these polls provide an indicator as to the direction you can take in your employee and customer recognition efforts.

A major private healthcare service provider asked us to survey their employees on factors that made them the best place to work for. In the area of preferred types of recognition, employees were asked to indicate how important each of the types of recognition was to them. The following is the Top 10 List from a list of 17 items.

• Receiving thanks from the client family.
• Receiving client appreciation via office staff.
• A written note of thanks from manager.
• Performance appraisal completed.

• Gift that is meaningful to the receiver.
